| I bring my van in for all major repairs and trust me?. She needs a lot! I?m dependent upon my van not only out of convenience but because it allows me to easily load and unload my mobility aids I feel like the front staff at the shop, Terry and KC understand that our vehicle is about mobility in more than just the one way, they recognize the need for safety while also ALWAYS working with me on what needs to be done to ensure we stay safe vs what would be something a little less pressing This approach to business is the main reason I will continue to utilize this shop, I have never felt exploited by anyone in the shop even with my very limited knowledge in regards to car go vroom The mechanics seem like really solid people that are dedicated to ensuring each repair is tried and true, I have never had to go back to get the same issue looked at and that?s much appreciated Plus when I picked up my rig it smelled like new car?. Haven?t smelt that in a long long while, it was a pleasant surprise Thanks y?all!!!!! |
