| This was the second visit to Oakridge Automotive after they assisted me with a tire issue I had at another shop. After the other shop ?fixed? the initial problem on warranty, there was a distinct shimmy while driving.. The technician at Oakridge quickly determined that the tires/wheels had not been balanced at the other shop, even though I was told they had been balanced. In any case this is the second time that Oakridge correctly diagnosed and rectified the problem at a very fair price. Pretty impressive when they are spending the time fixing other people?s mistakes. Thanks guys. |

| Great service?already felt I knew what the issue was with my car and they confirmed it. Prompt quick communication and the car was fixed. I was even shown the old part that was found to be defective which helped confirm to me the reliability and honesty of the shop. |

| I am very pleased with the recent brake job Oakridge Auto performed on my SUV. They quoted a fair and accurate price and did not exceed that estimate. Casey was especially supportive offering to test drive my car to determine whether it was the brakes causing the noise or possibly just a rock or ice. He offered assurances that they could order the parts quickly and booked me an appointment. I would highly recommend Oakridge Auto and will certainly rely on them for all my future mechanical issues. ? |
