| Disappointed on recent service had requested my tires to be rotated as tires were due for rotation but my request was not done. Technician had said it wasn?t needed my tires are fairly new ones and I wanted to follow the schedule they had told me to. In the end felt like my concerns were not listened to. |

| Wonderful service! I had a flat, but managed to get my car to Oakridge automotive. They were able to put on my winter tires and do the servicing the same day (they squeezed me in). I was very appreciative of them accommodating me. |
